Exploring AI in the EFL classroom
In this seminar, we will explore how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can enhance action-based language teaching in the EFL classroom. As AI tools become increasingly relevant in education, future teachers must understand their potential and limitations. This course offers both theoretical insights and hands-on experience with AI applications in language teaching. It combines discussions of current research with practical activities in which students will experiment with AI tools and critically reflect on their use in language teaching. This course is particularly relevant for students interested in digitalization in education, language teaching methodologies, and the evolving role of AI in the classroom.
